Ballet, classical music starts to perform on Yessil River in Astana

A ballet galas and concerts of classical music will take place on one of the most beautiful stages of Astana city - embankment of the Yessil River at 9:00 p.m. on July 5-7, 2012.

The cultural evenings are dedicated to the celebration of the Day of the Capital, press service of the steering committee says.

The audience will enjoy a whole series of unique acts, one-of-the-kind stage near the water and a galaxy of talent.

A 30-minute 3D-mapping show will be demonstrated upon completion of the concerts.

The concert of classical music 'The Best of the Best' will be held on July 5. This will be a unique event because the artists will perform classical pieces familiar to the people who are far from the world of classical music.

Company E modern dance troupe under the patronage of Paul Gordon Emerson (Washington, the U.S.) is expected to give a performance on July 6.
