KZ-today correspondent has been informed about that in the press service of prime minister of RK. The pipeline construction is a rather difficult and considerable project, as it has to be implemented in short time, D. Akhmetov noted. Due to his words, the pipeline construction with two lift stations and 34 other engineering erections including crude oil tank farms has to be completed by the end of 2005. All documents on the projects have to be prepared by this autumn. The prime minister charged the appropriate authorities to prepare the designing estimates of the given project. It is expected that the National Oil Company "KazMunaiGas" and Chinese National Petroleum Company "CNPC" will manage the pipeline construction. "First of all, I think that it will be a test on ability to implement such a significant work for our national company," the prime minister marked.
