The document on an establishment of the Unitary Economic Area is a result of a compromise and have a mainly frame character, the president of RF Vladimir Putin said at a meeting with the presidents of Belarus, Kazakhstan and Ukraine, the president of RF said.

The prepared documents provide a possibility of a very soft approach to the realisation of reached agreements, V. Putin said. These agreements correspond with the national interests of all states.

The leaders of "the four" declared about their readiness to sign an agreement on the establishment of Unitary Economic Area.

The president of RK Nursultan Nazarbayev said that "the High Level Group, headed by vice premiers, "has carried out a huge work, carrying out meetings in different capitals. All documents have been prepared, initialed for signing - the president statements, the agreement on an establishment of the Unitary Economic Area and the concept". "There are no obstacles for signing these documents", - the head of RK observed.
