Group of investors ready to take part in infrastructural projects of Kazakhstan[15:05]
12/06/2009, Kazakhstan Today Kostanay. June 12. Kazakhstan Today - Despite the crisis, a group of investors is ready to take part in infrastructural projects of Kazakhstan. Vice President of the Asian Bank of Development, Zhao Shaoyu, informed at the meeting of the Council of Foreign Investors, the agency reports.
"... Despite the crisis, a serious group of investors is ready to take part in infrastructural projects," Z. Shaoyu informed.
"We observe how investors from Asia become partners and, in some cases, replace long-term western investors."
"Irrespective of the country of origin, "each potential investor pays attention not only to carefully developed normative legal acts regulating investment sphere, but also to determination of the government to apply those norms into practice and its ability to eliminate those complexities in the course of their practical realization."
