Industry Minister suggests defining mechanism of state support of share construction

Astana. February 10. Kazakhstan Today - The Minister of Industry and Commerce of Kazakhstan, Vladimir Schkolnik, at the government session today suggested defining the mechanism of state support of share construction when the citizens of Kazakhstan have the right to receiving only one apartment, the agency reports.

"In the opinion of Astana akimat, it is necessary to define the mechanism of state support of share construction when the citizens will be guaranteed to receive only one apartment. This problem demands careful legal consideration," the Industry Minister said.

"According to Astana akimat, there are 280 equity holders who concluded agreements on construction from two to eight apartments. In Almaty the scale is larger," the Industry Minister emphasized.
