Parliament adopted amendments to law on guaranteed transfer from National fund for 2007-2009

Astana. November 27. Kazakhstan Today - The deputies of the Senate of Parliament of Kazakhstan adopted the law on the introduction of amendments to the Law on Guaranteed Transfer from the National fund of the republic of Kazakhstan for 2007-2009 at the plenary session on Monday, the agency reports.

As was informed earlier, "the bill was developed according to item 5 of the article 24 of the Budgetary Code and the regulations for defining the size of the transfer from the National fund of Kazakhstan for a 3-year-period," the conclusion of Finance and Budget Committee of the Lower Chamber of Parliament stated.

"The bill assumes defining the size of the guaranteed transfer from the National fund for 2009 - 843 billion 100 million KZT, having exceeded the initial sum for 2008 - 506 billion 73 million KZT," the document states.

"Increase of the guaranteed transfer from the National fund will allow raising expenditures on financing the budget development programs, such as construction and reconstruction of schools, hospitals and roads...

The guaranteed transfer from the National fund will be a part of the revenue of the Republican budget for 2009-2011, which will total in 2009 - 843.1 billion KZT, in 2010 - 1 trillion 76 billion KZT, and in 2011 - 1 trillion 12 billion KZT.
