Kyrgyzstan President arrived in Kazakhstan

Astana. July 4. Kazakhstan Today – The President of Kyrgyzstan Kurmanbek Bakiyev arrived with official visit in Astana, the agency reports.

"The plane with Kirghiz leader landed at the airport of Astana several minutes ago, Kazakh MFA representative Kasymzhomart Tokayev informed the agency.

Foreign Minister of Kazakhstan Kasymzhomart Tokayev and Energy Minister Bakhtykozha Izmukhambetov met the President of Kyrgyzstan.

As it was informed earlier, within the framework of Kyrgyz President visit, K. Bakiyev will hold meetings with the President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev. The leaders of the states will sign joint declaration on strengthening of mutual relations between two countries. During the visit the parties plan to sign twelve documents concerning cooperation in the field of migration, customs legislation, cultural mutual relations, student exchange, banking and finance.

The President of Kyrgyzstan will meet Kazakhstan PM Daniyal Akhmetov, Majilis Chairman Ural Mukhamedzhanov and businessmen of the Republic.

K. Bakiyev will visit state municipal enterprise Astanagenpaln and complex Bayterek to get acquainted with the general project of Astana development.
