The Armenian side was represented at the session by the Head of General Staff of Armenian Armed Forces Mikael Haroutyunian, the Russian - by the Advisor-envoy of the Russian Embassy in Armenia Sergey Kapinos. The General Haroutyunian informed journalists that at its October 15-18 session the discussed the details of transferring lands and immovable property for stationing of 102 Russian military base in Armenia. The ministers of the both states signed proper agreements.
