The program defines list of licensed territories, including 32 perspective fields within Turkmen sector of the Caspian Sea and 15 licensed territories onshore, and also the order of their licensing. Giving licenses for carrying out prospecting works, exploring and exploiting fields will be implemented only on results of direct negotiations. |
