Azerbaijan intends reaching peaceful settlement of Karabakh conflict

While commenting the recent statement by the Armenian President Robert Kocharian on possible further solution of the conflict by using force, the Azeri Minister said that "such statements are not new and surprising for him". According to Guliyev, "someday Azerbaijan will have to refuse from peaceful negotiations. When we start forcing terrorists out of our territories, nobody can call as aggressors," the minister said. "In that case all actions of the Azeri Army will be legitimate, for it will start liberating its sovereign and occupied territories," the Foreign Minister said. |
