TURKISH DEFENCE MINISTER TO ARRIVE IN KAZAKHSTAN

Sabakhattin Cakmakoglu, the Turkish Defence Minister, and Turkish military officials are arriving in Kazakhstan tomorrow, September 19. Press service of Kazakh Defence Ministry informed CNA that meetings of the Turkish delegation with the Kazakh President Nursultan Nazarbayev, first deputy of Kazakh Prime Minister Daniyal Akhmetov and other officials would be held during the visit. The questions of bilateral military and technical cooperation are to be discussed. The main point of discussion will be cooperation of the two states in strengthening international and regional security. Visitations by the Turkish military delegation of defense industry units and historic places in Turkestan are put on the agenda of the meeting.
