ROAD POLICE STATION ATTACKED IN AZERBAIJAN

Road police station, situated in Belokany-Baku highway near Katekh village, was attacked by unknown persons at 2:00 am (local time), September 29, press service of Azeri Interior Ministry informed CNA. The attackers used grenades and self-firers. Despite numerous wounds, guards of law and order managed offering resistance to criminals, who after 20-minute long battle preferred slipping away. A Katakh native, who tried helping the Interior Ministry's officers, died. Seiran Guseinov, wounded in legs policeman, was taken to Baku hospital.
