One of parliamentarians said that Russia may try use the rush created after the acts of terror in the US and may try to start an anti-terrorist operation on Georgian territory, in Pankis valley, in particular, which is located near the Chechen par t of Georgian-Russia borders. The meeting was held in the office of the Party of National Independence of Georgia, representing radical right opposition. Proposal on stationing NATO forces was supported by all participants of the meeting except one member of Labor party. The document will be submitted to the parliament soon. |
