Almaty police works on different versions of Nurkadilov's murder

The Almaty police are working on different versions of Zamanbek Nurkadilov's murder, Almaty city interior department has advised KZ-today.

"The investigation is considering all versions of the incident," - it says.

The Almaty city interior department has also said that the police with participation of highly qualified specialists from the forensic examination centre have inspected the crime scene additionally. According to Nurlykhan Yerezhepov, director of the Almaty forensic examination centre, the body has also been examined additionally. "The expert conclusion will be given when results of the additional tests," - he has said.

Serikkali Moussin, the victim's lawyer, has told KZ-today that "participation of two independent forensic experts" is being currently considered.

Zamanbek Nurkadilov was found dead in his own house No.105 at Lugansky Str. in Almaty on 12 November. According to the police, he died as a result of a gunshot wound in the head. A "Cobalt" revolver belonging to the victim was found near the body.

Nursultan Nazarbayev, president of Kazakhstan, has offered his condolences to the victim's family. The head of state has also ordered to the police to investigate the circumstances of this death scrupulously.
