"There are many problems in the labor market now, and in particular it is an unbalance state of the labor market and big difference between demand and supply. The Employment Map is made in order to address the issues regarding the unbalanced state of the labor market, it is aimed at making the situation in the labor market better," D. Argandykov said.
Besides, he noted that on one side the Employment Map would include the projects with additionally created jobs such as construction of industrial and social facilities and on the other side the Employment Map it would include the courses of labor resources - low-income, unemployed people, graduates, labor migrants, etc.
"The lack of labor recourses of specific categories and specialties will be addressed through training of specialists for these specific categories or through redistribution of labor resources," the director of the department said.
The Map will allow to apply a complex approach to implementation of the measures of the state support for ensuring employment of the population, D. Argandykov said. |
