"KazAgroFinance" purchased over 800 combine harvesters to support farmers

"KazAgroFinance" JSC signed contracts on supply of more than 800 combine harvesters prior to the harvesting campaign of 2012," the statement reads.
Besides, it was noted that more than 500 applications for purchase of grain harvesters are under consideration and about 400 of them are approved for financing. The major part of the applications "KazAgroFinance" finances within new program "Harvest-2012" which is aimed at rendering support to small farm households, Pm.kz reports. "All these taken measures have to become a significant support for the households with limited budget funds which have to involve harvesters taken on lease and disrupt agrotechnical terms and accordingly lose the quality of grain and sometimes event the whole yield," Chairman of the Board of "KazAgroFinance" JSC Nurlybek Malelov said. Besides, 320 combines "Essil" produced at "Agromashholding" JSC and 300 machinery units produced by "Combine plant Rostselmash" will be purchased within the signed contracts. Presently, "KazAgroFinance" signed contracts on purchase of 100 combines "Ynisei", 85 combines "John Deere", 13 combines "Claas" and 15 combines "Case". Besides combines, "KazAgroFinance" plans to supply grain drying equipment and tractors "Belarus" produced by "SemAZ" LLP. Since the beginning of the year "KazAgroFinance" JSC has bought more than 530 machinery units from "SemAZ" LLP and 507 of them have been given to farmers for using. |
