Criminal case against border guard of Yntymak post overturned

This was announced today at a briefing by the official representative of the Ministry of Internal Affairs N. Oraz.
As noted by N. Oraz, a criminal case was opened on the fact of violence against a government official, lieutenant of South Kazakhstan region's "Yntymak" border post. Then, the court sanctioned the arrest of suspects by Shymkent military investigation department.
The decision to institute criminal proceedings against R. Toimakhanbet, who wounded the passer-by, was overturned, since additional investigation is required, said N.Oraz. |
