URGENT: Prime Arkankergen suspect V. Chelakh convoyed to Almaty for psychiatric examination

The suspect was convoyed three days ago, Kazinform has learnt from the Regional Department of Internal Affairs of Almaty region. He will undergo the forensic psychiatric expert examination.
As was reported earlier, the Arkankergen border outpost was found burnt to the ground on May 30, 2012. 14 bodies were found on the place of the tragedy. Besides, a body of a huntsman was discovered in a hunting lodge not far from the post. Frontier guard Vladislav Chelakh was found alive and later admitted to the murder of his comrades-in-arms and the huntsman. |
