According to him, vast share of funds allocated by the state is deposited at the accounts of the state authorities.
As an example, he cited the report of the Audit Committee, according to which, 30 administrators of budgetary programs, or 72% of the total number of administrators, not develop more than KZT 42 billion in spite of the adjustments budget in 2011.
Where, this amount increased by 15% in comparison with the same period in 2010.
