"Kazakhstan works now over the issues on how to improve pre-trail appealing order through review boards and studies international practice of setting up special tax courts. It is a controversial issue, should we ever create such courts," Nursultan Nazarbayev said.
Besides, the Head of State touched upon the government measures aimed to improve tax and customs administration. According to him, tax burden has been significantly reduced recently to support small and medium business development. The World Bank ranked Kazakhstan 17th in ease of paying taxes around the world. |
