Kazakhstan Temir Zholy introduces bonus system to encourage staff

JSC "National Company "Kazakhstan Temir Zholy" is working on a bonus system that as the railway giant hopes will encourage its employees to bring new ideas to the table.

According to IT Managing Director Assan Dossayev, the company attaches a lot of attention to new ideas. Starting from 2011, authors of the best innovative projects get Uzdik badge and a bonus to their salaries.

For instance, staff of JSC "Lokomotiv", a part of Kazakhstan Temir Zholy, will get a one-year salary as a bonus for using new ideas in their work.
