According to IT Managing Director Assan Dossayev, the company attaches a lot of attention to new ideas. Starting from 2011, authors of the best innovative projects get Uzdik badge and a bonus to their salaries.
For instance, staff of JSC "Lokomotiv", a part of Kazakhstan Temir Zholy, will get a one-year salary as a bonus for using new ideas in their work. |
