And when I say 'lively' I mean it has a high level of culture," Sergey Solovyev, a well-known Russian director, told journalists within the framework of the international forum "Eurasian culture in a new world" in Astana.
"This forum is a well-timed initiative. I think that the idea suggested by President Nursultan Nazarbayev to talk about culture and spirit of eurasianism is great," S. Solovyev said.
"Culture is the soul of people. Cultural integration is a complex and sometimes problematic process that can not be governed administratively. Administration can only ease or complicate this process," he added. |
