Culture is a spiritual capital for any nation, Chairman of the Board of the CIS Interstate Humanitarian Cooperation Foundation Polad Bulbuloglu said at the international forum "Eurasian Culture in the New World" in Astana.

"Culture is no less important than strong economy, geopolitical or demographic factors, energy resources. Centuries-old heritage bearing the imprint of cultural interaction is the common heritage of the Eurasian space, a core value, which has a historically significant past. The preservation and development of the spiritual heritage are important parts of our humanitarian policy," Bulbuloglu said.
