As previously reported, a large delegation of the Czech Republic, which includes officials businessmen arrived in the region for an official visit.
The Czech delegation visited car assembly plant of JSC AZIA AVTO, which successfully cooperates with Czech Skoda. Partnership of Kazakhstan and Czech businessmen has been developed since 2005 and this project is "the most successful project of our cooperation", said Czech Vice Minister of Industry Milan Hovorka.
In 2010, trade turnover between East Kazakhstan region and the Czech Republic amounted to USD 15.8 million and grew by 38.6% as compared to 2009. |
