The Belarusian pavilion will showcase the recent developments of the country in economy, science and high tech. The guests will get acquainted with the products of Belarus' machine-building and instrument-making industries, petrochemistry, food and light industry. Belarusian Gomselmash and MTZ agricultural equipment assembled at joint ventures in China will be demonstrated at the outdoor area.
The Belarusian delegation headed by First Deputy Minister Vladimir Semashko will take part in the opening ceremony of the fair. Presence of representative government delegations of Belarus and China at the opening ceremony says about the readiness of the authorities to support business and create the most favorable conditions for efficient and mutually beneficial cooperation.
According to experts, Belarus' participation in the Harbin Fair will allow the country demonstrate its economic potential to the Chinese business community but to agree on new mutually beneficial economic projects that correspond to industrial, innovative and technologic advance of Belarusian and Chinese economies.
China Harbin International Economic and Trade Fair is a large-scale expo annually held with the support from the Chinese government. The fair is organized by the Chinese Ministry of Commerce, the National Development and Reform Commission of the People's Republic of China, the China International Trade Promotion Committee and the authorities of Heilongjiang Province and the City of Harbin. |
