A. Baymenov stressed that Kazakhstan's state service model of the, that was highly estimated by the international experts is towards serious reforms. They are based on President's instructions, oriented to strengthening the fight against corruption, providing of high corporate culture in the state bodies and education of aspiration to the true services to the people.
Kazakh President emphasized the necessity of the objectiveness and transparency in the selection of candidates' process. Advancement should be based on the principles of meritocracy.
N. Nazarbayev also gave instructions to introduce the drafts of the regulatory standards, strengthening the managers' responsibility for the corruption crimes committed by their employees. |
