EBRD to finance projects worth Euro 450 mln in Kazakhstan in 2012

In the course of the meeting the Head of State noted good partnership relations with the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, the presidential press service reports.
"The foreign investments have greatly contributed to Kazakhstan's development. Our country is the most attractive in the Central Asian region in terms of investments. Despite crisis, we have preserved a stable baking system. Our cooperation with the bank is mutually profitable," President Nazarbayev said.
Thomas Mirow, in his turn, expressed intention to continue effective cooperation with Kazakhstan.
The EBRD is an international institution that finances projects in 29 countries in Central Europe and Central Asia. In 2012 the EBRD plans to finance projects in Kazakhstan worth Euro 450 million. |
