Kazakhstan plans to open embassy in Norway

"This fact symbolizes expansion of bilateral partnership between Kazakhstan and Norway, as well as energy cooperation for Kazakhstan and Norway are energy-producing countries and have similar interests in this sphere," T. Larsen said.
Besides, Torgeir Larsen and Kazakh Foreign Affairs Minister Yerzhan Kazykhanov debated Afghanistan situation, joint efforts aimed at nonproliferation of weapons of mass destruction. |
