Majilis approved a bill on minimizing of the government intervention to economy

Majilis has approved in the second reading the bill "On introducing of amendments and addenda to some legislative acts of Kazakhstan on the state monopoly" at the plenary session chaired by Kazakh Majilis Speaker Nurlan Nigmatulin.

The amendments provide the reduction of areas covered by the state monopoly and exclusive rights, which are not a state monopoly, and consolidation at the legislative level, the possibility of providing services in a competitive market, or attributing them to the functions implemented by government agencies.
