Majilis has approved a bill "On ratification Protocol on Amendments to the Statutes of the Eurasian Economic Community of July 5, 2010."

The protocol provides treatment of business entities to the EurAsEC Court in accordance with the Treaty within the Customs Union and the characteristics of justice on them.
