According to the press service of the Human Rights Commissioner of Kazakhstan, the report describes work on the promotion and protection of human rights in Kazakhstan in 2011 based on the analysis of the people's appeals, monitoring of institutions and mass media, expert activity, cooperation with state agencies, international nongovernmental human rights organizations. In particular, it covers ensuring of labor rights, protection of children's rights, torture problems, and violation of human rights in rendering public services. |
