Kazakh President suggested to apply most severe measures against the country which use nuclear weapons

In this connection, N. Nazarbayev suggested to apply most severe measures against the country which use nuclear weapons. "I suppose that adoption of the Universal Declaration of nuclear-free world would be an important step towards a Nuclear Weapons Convention," Kazakh President added. |
