Majilis ratifies Kazakh-Indian agr't on mutual legal assistance in civil matters

text: Kazinform views: [593] Related articlesKazakh Senate ratified the Kazakh-Indian Treaty on mutual legal assistance in civil matters Secretaries of CST Security Councils will meet this week in Minsk At today's plenary sitting the Majilis approved a draft law "On ratification of the treaty between Kazakhstan and India on mutual legal assistance in civil matters."
The treaty was signed on April 16, 2001 in Astana.
According to the treaty, legal assistance shall include delivery of summons and other judicial records, the taking of evidence by request or instructions, recognition and enforcement of judgments and arbitral awards. |
