New sports center opened in Karaganda region

text: Kazinform views: [1308] A new children's sports center has been opened in the Agadyr village of Karaganda region. Karaganda region governor Serik Akhmetov, Astana Group Company President Nurlan Smagulov, First Vice President of Kazakhstan Temir Zholy National Company Askhat Akchurin, Vice President of JSC KEGOC Abat Akmurzin, Senate deputy Gani Kassymov took part in the opening ceremony. "Head of State Nursultan Nazarbayev set a task on improvement of well-being of each settlement. For implementation of this instruction there was adopted a plan of socio-economic development of the Agadyr village for 2010-2013," Serik Akhmetov said.
The governor noted that the sports center was opened within implementation of this plan and thanks to the financial support of Astana Motors Company.
"These and other social facilities are good gifts for the 20th anniversary of Kazakhstan's Independence," the governor emphasized. |
