The deputies debated the draft law "On ratification of the Agreement between the Government of Kazakhstan and the Government of Kyrgyzstan on grant military technical assistance".
The agreement was signed on March 17, 2001 in Astana by the defense ministers of the two countries at the request of the Kyrgyz President. |
