Kazakh Prime Minister sets his position on state language development issue

"The Language Development State Program until 2020 is approved. That is the Prime Minister's position on this issue," the message on the Premier's Twitter page reads.
The goal of the program is a harmonious language policy, which provides full-scale functioning of the official language as the most important factor for strengthening national unity and preservation of languages of all ethnic groups living in Kazakhstan. |
