"This year we mark the 20th anniversary of the shutting down of the Semipalatinsk nuclear testing site. On October 12-13 this year we plan to host the international forum "For a nuclear-free world" involving leaders and activists of the non-proliferation movement from all over the world. The Kazakh President is expected to address the forum," Mr Saudabayev said.
The Kazakh Secretary of State on behalf of the Head of State has invited Tibor Toth to take part in that very significant event. |
