Chairman of the Kazakh Agency of Construction, Housing and Utilities Serik Nokin made it public at the session of the board on Thursday. According to him, the public contract performance index made 101% compared to 2009. "The state housing construction program was accomplished last year. 19.6 mln sq m of housing was put into operation within the program in 2008-2010", the chairman of the Agency said. S.Nokin also said that the construction sector and housing and utilities infrastructure contributed 7.6% to the country's GDP. |
