Over 300,000 Pavlodar residents supported referendum to extend First President's powers

Member of the spearhead group of the region, Rector of Pavlodar State University Yerlan Aryn made it public at a press conference. He noted that the campaign to collect signatures in enterprises and villages of the region was very active.
