As K.Massimov said, the funds allocated from the state and local budgets as well as own funds of national companies were an accelerator of demand development and stimulator of the whole economy during the crisis period.
However, the Prime Minister has said that attraction of budget resources for facilities construction is irrelevant in the post-crisis period. It is necessary to develop the public-private partnership.
According to the Head of the Government we have all necessary conditions for it. |
