Kazakhstan Today - The Responsible Secretary of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan has stepped down from his post, the agency reports citing the president's press service. "Kuanganov Farhad Shamuratovich has stepped down from the post of Responsible Secretary of the Ministry of Education and Science of Kazakhstan in connection with transfer to the other work," the press service informs. According to the press service, Altynbaev Muhtar Kapashevich has been appointed deputy of the Senate of Parliament of Kazakhstan.
