Nazarbayev met chairman of Majilis of Parliament

Astana. March 31. Kazakhstan Today - The head of state, Nursultan Nazarbayev, met the chairman of Majilis of Parliament of Kazakhstan, Ural Muhamedzhanov, the agency reports citing the president's press service.

According to the press service, U. Muhamedzhanov informed the President of the work of the Parliament deputies and Nur Otan faction related to realization of the goals set by the President at the opening of the third session of the Parliament of Republic Kazakhstan of the fourth convocation and in the Address to the People of Kazakhstan 'New Decade - New Economic Growth - New Opportunities of Kazakhstan'.

The officials talked about the work of the parliament members in regards to legislative maintenance of the legal base of the forced industrially-innovative development program of the country.

"The President positively assessed the work of the deputies and set a number of specific objectives in regards to maintenance of the qualitative study of some of the important bills," Majilis chairman said a briefing for journalists.
