EEU interstate council to meet in Moscow

text: "Kazakhstan Today" views: [78] Related articlesA number of agreements inked at Moscow EEU meeting EEU meeting to open in Almaty tomorrow Today, on 28 October in the "President hotel" in Moscow a meeting of the interstate council of EEU member states will take place, in which the prime minister of RK Danial Akhmetov will participate, a KZ-today correspondent reports from Moscow. It is expected that the meeting will be taking place during 3-3.5 hours. In the beginning the heads of governments of all EEU member states will carry out closed negotiations, after that members of the government delegations will join them. The Kazakh delegation includes Sauat Mynbayev, vice premier, Altynbek Sarsenbayev, ambassador of Kazakhstan in Russia, as well as deputies head of a number of ministries. It is expected that according to the results of today meeting the heads of governments of EEU member states will sign an agreement on co-operation in librarian business, an agreement on common order of export control of EEU member states, as well as two protocols on changes and amendments to previously passed agreements. In particular, a protocol on mechanism of special protective, anti-dumping and compensation measures in the trade of EEU member states and into the agreement on free and equal rights for physical persons crossing the state borders unhindered traffic of commodities and currency by them. After the meeting the heads of governments of EEU member states will carry out a briefing for the accredited journalists. According to the results of today meeting as per EEU schedule the chairmanship in the interstate council will be transferred from the chairman of Russian government Mikhail Kassyanov to the prime minister of RK Danial Akhmetov. |
