Grigoriy Marchenko, HSBK's CEO, has stated this today, February 2, at a press conference in Almaty, KZ-today reports. Earlier it was reported that a strict partnership with one of European banks was a part of a new People's Bank strategy aiming at reaching European standards in the average term perspective. G. Marchenko has said that the number of the HSBK's potential partners have grown from three to four. "We plan to complete the deal with the future strategic partner in June," - he has stated. One of conditions of the deal is that the HSBK will sell 25% of its share holding to the future strategic partner. |
