New vice minister of education and science appointed

A decree on the new appointment was signed by DAnial Akhmetov, prime minister of RK, on Friday, December 24. H. Uteulina was born in 1960 in West Kazakhstan region. In 1982 she graduated from West Kazakhstan Agricultural Institute, PhD in economics. Since 1998 she worked in the budget financing department, Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of RK, as a chief specialist. From December 2000 she occupied the position of vice minister of labour and social protection. Before the current appointment she headed the department of socio-cultural development, chancellery of prime minister of RK. |
