SOCAR exported 598 ths. tons of oil and petroleum products in January-August 2004

As it was declared by SOCAR's Marketing and Economic Operation Department, 598.098 thousand tons of oil and petroleum products were exported by the company for the last eight months, that by 12.6% exceeds the level of 2003 (530.936 thousand tons), KZ-today informs.

The volume of diesel oil made 277.768 thousand tons, aviation fuel - 94.388 thousand tons, motor gasoline - 219.701 thousand tons, butane - 6.189 thousand tons, stove fuel - 52 tons.

SOCAR's Marketing and Economic Operation Department exported 94.730 thousand tons of petroleum products in August, including 48.056 thousand tons of diesel oil, 12.681 of aviation fuel, 32.372 of motor gasoline, 1.620 of butane.

According to SOCAR's report, the average oil prices according to international quotations in Mediterranean markets made: 1 ton of clear gasoline - $414.46 ($419.64 in July), aviation fuel - $423.99 ($381.01), diesel oil - $374.46 ($348.25), directly distilled gasoline - $401.55 ($352.84), 1% of stove fuel - $168,64 ($174.25).
