The statement summing up the session of the state commission for control over the new Astana centre construction contains this information. According to the ministers reports, the main problem is hospitals, schools and kindergartens overcrowded as well as their band conditions. According to the Ministry of Health almost all health facilities located in adapted accommodations. The number of visitors exceeds the set schedule in 2-3 times. The shortage of beds in Astana hospital is obvious. At the same time, D. Akhmetov has observed the progress in telecommunications development. "The level of telephone program in Astana is rather morden," D. Akhmetov noted.
