According to Bakhyt Ospanov, chairman of the Agency for land resources, the deputies proposed to conduct tenders for purchase of particular lands allocated for home building. As per the acting legislation, the lands allocated for home building are given without payment, he explained. The bill has been submitted to the Majilis committee to review it before second reading.
