"The necessary quorum is available", - the chairman of mazhilis Zharmakhan Tuyakbai said, opening the joint session of parliament chambers. Danial Akhmetov, prime minister of RK, and the cabinet members are also present at the meeting. The joint meeting is dedicated to the closure of the fifth session of the second convocation of parliament. |
