Astana. February 1. Kazakhstan Today - The President of Kazakhstan, Nursultan Nazarbayev, on Friday assigned the government to develop the inter- branch plan of scientifically-technological development of the country until 2020, taking into account industry priorities, the agency reports.

The President informed, "Three new scientific centers will be created at the new university in Astana."

"The first - science centre will conduct along with the leading world scientific centers researches in the field of organ transplantation, artificial heart, lungs, rotting cells, longevity medicine. The second - the centre of energy researches will research in the field of alternative energy and physics. The third - the interdisciplinary experimental centre will be an engineering centre, laboratory base, design office," N. Nazarbayev informed.

He specified that all three centers will be created this year.

He also assigned accelerate the work on the new law on science.
